Rates and Insurance

Dando Luz would like to acknowledge that individuals may be dealing with circumstantial and systemic barriers that may make it challenging for them to access individual therapy. Price should not be a deterrent to accessing quality care, which is why we offer a fee tier system. 

Dandelion: $75-150

If the Lemongrass or Rosemary tiers are not accessible to you, please inquire about the availability of our Dandelion tier during your initial consultation.

Dandelions are resilient, highly adaptive and  their ability to disperse their seeds while rooted makes them very regenerative. Dandelions bring their own medicine into the world which we invite you to research on your own.  We would like to support your healing so that you too can bring your gifts into this world.

Lemongrass (Market Rate): $160-200

Our standard market rate helps us meet our operational expenses and living needs. It also ensures that our energetic needs are met in our role as healers and mental health practitioners so that we can be fully present and attuned to your needs.

Rosemary (Community Reciprocity and Support):  $210-250

This tier supports community access to mental health services for individuals who otherwise would not be able to obtain them in a manner that is sustainable to them. It operates from a spirit of reciprocity and interdependence.

If you feel that Dando Luz Wellness Collective is a good fit for you and our Lemongrass or Rosemary tiers are not accessible to you at this time, please inquire about our Dandelion tier for individual therapy during your consultation.  A limited number of slots are available.

During your consultation call, we can discuss which tier best suits your current financial circumstances. Please note that transparency about what realistically fits in your budget can help support you with moving forward with therapy with confidence during what is very likely a stressful time.

INSURANCE

We are an out-of-network provider. This means we do not accept insurance for payment. However, if applicable, we can provide you with an invoice for services, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. It is important for you to contact your insurance provider to ensure that this is a viable option for you. You can ask them about your “out-of-network coverage.”

PAYMENT

Dando Luz Wellness Collective utilizes Ivy Pay as a form of payment. Ivy Pay is a card payment system designed specifically for psychotherapists and their clients.

 Ivy Pay works with your debit card, credit card, HSA or FSA card. It is HIPAA-secure, and it keeps our therapeutic relationship confidential.

We ask that you set yourself up with Ivy Pay at least 48 hours prior to our first upcoming appointment time. It is quick, easy, and very secure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Session dates and times are reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the missed session in full.
